Fire Door Surveys

Inspections carried out by trained fire door personnel with photographic reporting and clear recommendations.

Each door is inspected on site against recognised fire door criteria — gaps, seals, hinges, glazing, signage, ironmongery and certification where present. Inspections are undertaken by trained personnel, including BM Trada qualified personnel, and recorded with photographs for a per-door audit trail.

Fire Door Remedial Works

Remedial works undertaken by experienced operatives with recognised fire door training.

Many fire door defects can be put right without replacing the door. We carry out remedial works including intumescent and smoke seals, hinges, closers, ironmongery, gap adjustments and frame repairs — with attention to the certification of the original doorset and the compatibility of replacement components.

Fire Door Replacements

Replacement fire doors installed with attention to certification, hardware compatibility and compliance requirements.

Where a door is beyond practical repair, we supply and install certified replacement doorsets complete with frame, ironmongery, seals and signage. Installations are carried out by trained fire door personnel and the manufacturer documentation is handed over for your records.
